Welcome to Clinton-Massie Local Schools!

Tip Line

See Something, Say Something

Clinton-Massie Local Schools would like to announce the start of the Tip Line to report any suspicious activity, threats, danger or other safety concerns. This Tip Line is maintained by the Clinton-Massie Administration. This idea came out of the community forum on school safety. The Tip Line provides an opportunity for a person to text or leave a voice message. We are serious about allowing the parents, guardians, relatives, and students in our community to have a voice in creating a safer environment. If there is an immediate threat, please call 911. An anonymous form is also available and can be located at http://www.cmfalcons.org/students_parents/anonymous_reporting. The safety of our students is our number one priority!

 Shoe Drive for Funds2Org

The Clinton Massie PTO is conducting a shoe drive fundraiser February 20 – April 20 to raise funds so we may continue to spread the love across the campus and assist the Elementary with their future MakerSpace. Funds will be raised based on the total weight of the pairs of gently worn shoes collected. Nothing to buy! All shoes donated will then be redistributed throughout the Funds2Orgs network of micro-enterprise partners. Funds2Orgs works with micro-entrepreneurs in helping them create, maintain and grow small businesses in developing countries where economic opportunity and jobs are limited. We are excited about this shoe drive as we know there are extra shoes in our closets that we have outgrown or are out of style. We are sure you would find the same. By doing so, we can continue to fund future purchases like the Keep-n-Track security system and the water filling stations. And we will be helping families in developing nations who need economic opportunities. It becomes a win-win for everyone! Drop boxes will be placed in each lobby/hallway area throughout the campus, including the Annex building. Students will assist PTO members in collecting the shoes weekly from the bin and bringing them to a storage location in the Annex where we will determine if they are usable and then banded and bagged together. The building with the most shoes donated will win bragging rights and a special donation from the PTO to the Principal’s fund!

 New Playground at Clinton-Massie

The Clinton-Massie students and community will soon have a new playground at almost no cost to the school district. Construction began on the new playground which is being funded through a grant from GameTime, Inc. and approximately $17,000 in matching funds from the Countryside YMCA in Lebanon. The Clinton-Massie PTO has also committed funding to offset the cost of installation. Countryside YMCA currently provides a childcare program housed in the Annex at Clinton-Massie. The current playground facilities and equipment used by the YMCA are not ADA compliant. The new playground and equipment will be ADA compliant and accessible to all students. Additionally, the playground is conveniently located on the north side of the middle school near the athletic complex and will be available to the school and community. “This will be another terrific asset to our students and community,” stated Superintendent Matt Baker.
