We are happy you are joining our school community. Please use the information below to ensure your kindergarten registration is accurate and complete. To register for kindergarten, your child must be five years old on or before August 13th, 2026.

If you do not have computer access for online registration, please call (937) 289-2471 (Option 6), to set up a time to complete the forms on our campus.

    Registration Date for 2026-2027
    • March 4, 2026 9:30 AM – 3:00 PM and 4:30 - 7:30 PM
    • March 19, 2026 9:30 AM – 3:00 PM and 4:30 - 7:30 PM
    • April 15, 2026 9:30 AM – 3:00 PM
    • April 23, 2026 9:30 AM – 3:00 PM and 4:30 - 7:30 PM
    Two Important Steps for Registration

    1. Complete Registration Forms

      These forms can not be completed for the 2026-2027 school year until after February 12, 2026 Final Forms page

    2. Kindergarten Registration Meeting

      Call Desiree Keener at 937-289-2471, option 6 to schedule a 15-minute meeting.

    Please bring the following forms to your kindergarten registration meeting:

    a) Original Birth Certificate of Student

    b) Two Proofs of Residency: a closing statement or rental/lease contract/mortgage, and a utility bill.

    c) Custody Paperwork (if applicable)

    d) IEP Copy – (if applicable)

    e) Immunization Records

    f) Social Security Number
